Qamrul Islam MP\, Ministry of Food has given his kind consent to grace the occasion as Chief Guest while Quazi Rowshan Akhter\, Director General\, Department of Women Affairs\, GOB will be present as Special Guest. Barrister Jyotirmo Barua\, Bangladesh Supreme Court and Dr. Nazneen Ahmad\, Senior Research Fellow\, BIDS will attend as Honorable Guest to grace the event. Eminent Economist Dr. Qazi Kholiquzzaman Ahmad\, Chairman\, Right to Food Bangladesh and PKSF will chair the National Seminar while other distinguished guests with a wide range of participants from different segments will attend the program.
