“Social security programs are not targeted at the urban poor, they target the rural poor. Besides, the social security system is designed keeping only the poor in mind. Vulnerable people are not considered. During the Corona period, the food rights of low-income people are at risk. If this huge population can be helped then they can come out of this situation.
